All major credit cards are accepted, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

We recommend reservations to be made at least 4 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability. For early morning flight or service, it is highly suggested that reservation to be made the day before of the service.

No, credit card information is only collected to confirm the reservation and charged once the service takes place.

It is only applicable to one way trip (example airport pickup/drop off). Hourly service are exempted.

All flights are monitored for any delays. Airport Pickups have complimentary 60 mins wait time after the flight lands. No need to worry, our team is highly trained to handle all situations.

Yes, the Chauffeur will load/unload the luggage and assist with any further help, if required.

Sedan and SUV cancellation must be made 3 hours prior to scheduled service time. Hourly service or out of town service needs 12 hours cancellation time. If service cancellation is not done within the above time frame, client is responsible for paying full price. Cancellation confirmation should be shown as proof of cancellation from Zaar Livery.

Yes, all chauffeurs at Zaar Livery are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Zaar livery Fleet is commercially insured and fully up to date with all of the fleet maintenance.
